Review: Tranquility Bay, Antigua (3 Star)

This property is most ideal for families or long-stays as all rooms are suite-style and many are multi-bedroom with kitchens.
It is not ideal for anyone with even slight mobility issues. It is a 10 minute walk to most of the facilities at Jolly Beach Resort, but still only a 1 minute walk to the beach. This resort is very quiet, clean, and close to a grocery store for long-stays and non-all- inclusive.

Accommodations:



Most rooms are newly renovated, clean and much more modern than Jolly Beach. It’s considered a 3 Star only because it uses all Jolly Beach’s facilities and is quite a walk. The rooms are great and I would consider the rooms at least 4 Star quality. 2 Jacuzzi Suites are on each level (Jacuzzi on balcony) which sell out early. The resort area is dark (not well lit) and quiet in the evening.

Beach/Pool/Food/Facilities: *See Jolly Beach as facilities are shared.

Overall, it has nicer, cleaner accommodations compared to it's Jolly Beach neighbour, but I'm not sure it's worth the walk to the restaurants, pool, water sports.
